Merchandise Return Policy:

 

Full Priced Clothing, Shoes and Handbags: (excluding items defined below)

  • Full priced clothing, shoes and handbags may be returned for a refund (not shipping) within 14 days of when the package was delivered. Returns received after this window will not be processed.
  • Sale merchandise qualifies for a virtual gift card only. Beauty and international orders are final sale.
  • Fine jewelry and evening gowns may be returned if shipped back overnight within 24 hours from when the package was delivered.
  • Orders may require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
  • Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
  • Briefs, swimming suits and bikini’s should be tried on over underwear. We will not accept your return if the protective covers have been removed (swimwear) or if the items are soiled.
  • Orders through our third-party promotional offers are excluded from free returns and qualify for only a virtual gift card if returned.

Sale Merchandise:

  • Sale merchandise qualifies for return on a virtual gift card only (not shipping) if returned within 14 days of when the package was delivered.
  • After 14 days, sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE.
  • Virtual Gift Card is valid 90 days from the day it was issued.

Fine Jewelry, Fur and Evening Gowns:

  • Fine jewelry, fur and evening gowns may be returned for a full refund (not shipping) if shipped back overnight within 24 hours of when the package was delivered.
  • Fine jewelry, fur and evening gowns cannot be shipped or be in transit during weekends.

Home, Beauty, Masks, Special Order, International Orders, Trunk Show Orders, and Promotional Orders:

  • All sales are final.
  • Orders through our third-party promotional offers are excluded from free returns and qualify for only virtual gift card if returned.

Pre-Order:

  • Please refer to the return policies associated to the type of product listed above for requirements.

Gift Cards:

  • eGift Cards are Final Sale, may not be returned and may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law.

Shipping Errors or Damages:

  • Every item is subject to a rigorous quality control process before it is sent to our clients. Our carefully inspected merchandise is packaged with the utmost care for its travel to you. We encourage our clients to inspect each package immediately upon receipt.
  • Should you receive an item you believe to be in error and/or damaged, you must contact us at [email protected] or 1-800-581-6641 within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

Additional Information:

  • All goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address specified on the order. Should you suspect your package has been stolen after delivery, we suggest you contact UPS to open up a stolen package case. Please have your tracking information available.
  • Please use the original packaging when possible to return the item, or risk the return coming back damaged and unacceptable.
  • All returned or exchanged merchandise must have tags attached including security tags.
  • All returned shoes must be in original box with dusters and be unworn.
  • Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.
  • Returns more than 45 days after purchase are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or virtual gift card.
  • Please use the provided return label for your return. Note that we cannot guarantee returns sent using a shipping method other than the label we provide.
  • Fine Jewelry, Furs, Evening Dresses, and Gowns must be shipped via 2-Day shipping services to ensure no damage to the product and expedite your return due to the value of the merchandise.
  • To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered. Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs. You can return using any secure means but we may not accept liability.
  • To be eligible for return, items must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all Marissa Collections and designer garment tags still attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back. Note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear.
  • We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
  • Refunds for returned items will be credited in the same form as the original payment method or a Marissa Collections credit.
  • In-store purchases cannot be returned online.
  • Online purchases may be returned in Marissa Collections stores.
  • Additionally, repeated returns made by customers will be monitored and your account may be suspended.
