Shoes and Handbags: Items are in new condition, show no signs of wear, include tags, box, dust bag and authenticity cards. 

Excellent:  

Clothing: Items are unused but without tags attached. 

Shoes and Handbags: Items are unused, but tags, box and dust bags are not included. 

Very Good:  

Clothing: Items show minimal signs of wear such as light fading and minor snags. 

Shoes and Handbags: Shoes show moderate signs of wear with light scuffing at soles, insoles and heels. Handbags show signs of wear and may have creased leather, worn corners, slight scratches, and minimally tarnished hardware. 

Good:  

Clothing: Items show moderate signs of wear with snags, fading and minimal stains or discoloration. 

Shoes and Handbags: Shoes show some wear and light scuffing at soles, insoles and heels. Handbags are gently worn and may have creased leather and slight scratches.
